About Pudgy Pooch Dog Walking
My Experience
Hi, I'm Kaitlin, the owner of Pudgy Pooch Dog Walking. I have been working in the animal industry for 6 years and have worked with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I have completed my certificate in Animal Welfare through Thompson Rivers University, as well as my pet first aid with Walks n Wags and my Fear Free Certification. I am insured and bonded and I look forward to furthering my education within the animal industry. My goal with Pudgy Pooch is to provide a safe space for owners to know that their furry family member is getting the love and care that they deserve!
My Services
Pudgy Pooch specializes in one on one private walks to ensure your pup is being given the attention they deserve! I offer 1 hour walks, 30 minute walks and 30 minute at home drop in’s for the dogs that may just need a quick potty break and some mental stimulation.
My Philosophy
I hold myself to high standards and follow the science based approach of force free training methods for the dogs in my care. This allows me to build a healthy and stress free relationship of trust with your dog. I believe in positive reinforcement and will be using these methods during our walks. I will never use any aversive training methods or tools.
